Foodle - Terms of Service
1- Acceptance of Terms
By using Foodle, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years old
Have the authority to bind your business/organization
Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
2- Description of Services
Foodle provides tools for:
Menu management
Order tracking
Kitchen operations
Customer interaction
Analytics and reporting
Other food-service automation features
We may update or improve features from time to time.
3- Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4- Subscription, Billing & Payments
(Some of these apply only if Foodle uses paid plans)
Paid services require a valid payment method.
Charges are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
We may modify pricing with prior notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5- Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
Use Foodle for illegal or harmful activities
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the service
Share your account credentials
Misuse data, violate privacy, or bypass security
Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell Foodle without permission
6- User Content
By submitting content (menus, images, business data, etc.), you:
Grant us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to run the service
Confirm that you have rights to use that content
You retain ownership of your data.
7- Data & Privacy
Your use of Foodle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:
What data we collect
How we use it
How we protect it
Your rights
Please review it carefully.
8- Service Availability
We aim for uninterrupted access but do not guarantee:
100% uptime
Error-free performance
Immediate bug fixes
We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
9- Third-Party Services
Foodle may integrate with third-party tools (POS, delivery apps, payment gateways).
We are not responsible for:
Their policies
Their performance
Their security
Data handled by them
Use third-party integrations at your own discretion.
10- Intellectual Property
All Foodle branding, designs, logos, software, and content are owned by Foodle.
You may not:
Copy
Modify
Distribute
Reproduce
Create derivative works
without written permission.
11- Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate the Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
Payments fail repeatedly
You may also cancel your account at any time.
Upon termination:
Access to your account is removed
Data may be deleted after a retention period
12- Disclaimer of Warranties
Foodle is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee:
Error-free functionality
That the service meets your expectations
That issues will always be corrected immediately
Use Foodle at your own risk.
13- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foodle is not liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of business
Data loss
Service interruptions
Third-party actions
Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
14- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Foodle harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your misuse of the service
Your breach of these Terms
Content you submit
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of Foodle after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
